Telephonepower is a telemarketing company with many years of experience. We make calls for renowned companies throughout the German-speaking world and are currently looking to expand our IT team.

Your future position offers varied tasks in a modern working environment.

  • Support for hardware and software or IT infrastructure (=2nd level support)
  • Installation, configuration and maintenance including application support
  • Processing large amounts of data
  • Continuous optimization of processes and throughput times
  • Support for IT projects and management of external service partners

What else you should bring besides your passion for information technology

  • Basic administrative knowledge in the Microsoft environment (including HyperV, GPO, Exchange)
  • Programming skills are an advantage (SQL, HTML, etc.).
  • Basic networking knowledge (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, router, VPN etc.)
  • Interest in client hardware and software, automated software distribution, and remote support tools.
  • A high degree of customer focus and initiative, and a sensitive approach to confidential data.
