Telepowering! The successful Telepower training programme

Recently, a group of Telepower call centre employees attended a training workshop. The subject was „Closing Skills“ and it equipped staff with the tools they need to successfully close sales conversations over the phone. The workshop was designed to enhance employees' communication and negotiation skills, and they were also given tips on how best to navigate the sales conversation.

During one of the recent training sessions, our employees learned the importance of listening to customers. This is a valuable skill that can be used in many different situations, from communicating with clients to professionally handling stressful situations.
Furthermore, topics were discussed in the context of selling products and services to customers.
