The CCW 2025 in Berlin was more than just a trade fair for us: it was an ideal opportunity to expand our knowledge of the latest AI trends in customer service while strengthening our team spirit.

In the coming years, AI will become increasingly important. However, successful implementation of innovations requires more than just technological expertise: it needs a strong team of internal and external employees who understand and work well together, not just professionally, but also personally.

The CCW offered us exactly that space. Together, we learned, exchanged ideas, and discussed intensely. The relaxed atmosphere away from the exhibition stands, with good food and inspiring conversations, also contributed enormously to our team growing closer.
