Telepower looks back on an extremely successful and inspiring visit to CCW (Call Center World) 2025 in Berlin. Our six-person delegation, consisting of project and IT staff, and two external experts, delved into the world of innovative customer dialogue solutions, with a particular focus on Artificial Intelligence (AI).
